Lead end-to-end quality engineering strategy for API/service-layer products, focusing on functional, integration, regression, and contract testing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
6+ years of QA/Testing experience with at least 2 years in a QA lead or quality ownership role.

Experience with ALM/Octane for test management and defect tracking, and CI/CD integration (Jenkins). Work Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM IST with required availability aligned to US Eastern Time zone meetings.
Experienced in leading QA for API-driven products in Agile/Scrum environments with strong automation-first mindset.
Demonstrates ownership and ability to unblock cross-team dependencies while mentoring and setting automation standards.
Comfortable with hands-on testing (automation and manual) and capable of clear communication of quality status and risks to cross-functional teams.
