Review and analyze monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, supporting schedules, and reports in line with accounting standards.
Manage and resolve GL and reporting queries from operational, regional, and onshore teams.
Lead and monitor the team on SOX compliance and timely deliverables, escalating and resolving issues with senior management.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, GL Accounting, or Record to Report (RTR) functions post qualification.
Ability to review accounting entries as per generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Job location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) with early morning shift (3:30 am to 6:30 am). Cab facility available; preference for Mumbai-based candidates.
Experience managing a team responsible for financial reporting and SOX compliance within a global or multi-geography environment.
Strong communication skills for negotiation, reconciliation, and stakeholder engagement internally and externally.
Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
