Niche ESG M&A consulting role with mid-senior requirement reduces candidate density.
Requires specialized ESG, EHS, and M&A due diligence skills, limiting cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 6–8 years plus specialized ESG/M&A, IFC PS, and field-diligence skills raise filter strictness.
