Act as Finance Business Partner for a Bosch Digital business unit, directly collaborating with the business unit head on finance and controlling topics.
Own cost center controlling including budgeting (revenue, capex, headcount), forecasting, pricing, P&L monitoring, cost control, risk analysis, and month-end closure reporting.
Manage invoicing processes, handle customer queries on charging, coordinate with BD central and India teams for reporting, and support internal/external audits.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Management Accountant qualification is mandatory.
5-8 years of relevant professional experience in finance/controlling roles.
Experience working in SAP environment and strong MS Office skills required.
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial target steering, ideally in a multinational or digital business environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with business heads and cross-functional teams.
