Lead and execute ESG, EHS, and E&S due diligence for M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, capital raising, and project finance.
Conduct on-site inspections, desktop reviews, and interviews to identify risks and translate findings into commercially relevant sustainability insights.
Support development and implementation of sustainability-related value creation plans post-acquisition and advise on E&S policy frameworks and governance.
6-8 years of consulting experience, preferably in sustainability, EHS, finance, or M&A due diligence.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or sustainability; Master's in environmental management or related fields is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and be willing to travel as required.
Experienced working in consulting environments with exposure to private equity or buy-side/sell-side due diligence.
Skilled in conducting multi-site field assessments, regulatory compliance interpretation, and risk evaluation.
Familiarity with financial modelling, carbon emissions quantification, and sustainability risk analysis preferred.
