Sr. Associate – UX Designer – Design Systems-DS

Lead onboarding of multiple brands into a scalable design system, managing roadmaps, timelines, and cross-team coordination.

Develop, maintain, and promote adoption of UI components and design patterns ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency within Figma and Adobe Experience Manager environments.

Drive operational excellence through process improvements, governance support, training facilitation, and performance monitoring including A/B testing and compliance adherence.

5-9 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in a managerial role within web development, content management, or digital product leadership.

Proven expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud and related tools (Adobe Assets, Sites, Creative Suite, Content Analytics, Workfront).

Strong proficiency in Figma components, variants, auto layout, and tokens, plus understanding of frontend technologies like Bootstrap, ReactJS, Handlebars, Angular, CSS3, HTML5.

Knowledge of content lifecycle management, cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), AEM as Cloud Service, digital compliance, web accessibility, and regulated industry standards.

Experienced in managing and driving adoption of multi-brand design systems within distributed and cross-functional teams involving UX, engineering, and content specialists.

Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, governance processes, and stakeholder communication globally.

Combines technical design skills with strategic oversight of content workflows and compliance in a regulated, enterprise CMS environment.
