Support the SailPoint Migration project as a dedicated resource focusing on access reviews, onboarding, and IAM governance.
Analyze, document, and prioritize current and future state access workflows and governance for both integrated and non-integrated applications.
Provide migration guidance and practical solutions to business queries while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and supporting IAM leadership decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, focusing on governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint covering access reviews, certifications, onboarding, and integrations.
Knowledge of GxP-regulated systems and IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and Exchange.
Experienced with managing complex enterprise IAM environments including manual and automated provisioning/deprovisioning at scale.
Able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into documented, future-state governance.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced settings managing multiple requests and providing clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
