Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
Comfortable supporting operational continuity during peak volumes and contingency situations with a focus on maintaining SOP compliance.
Capable of coaching junior team members and assisting shift supervisors in balancing workloads and ensuring operational excellence.
