Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Post-graduate in Power Systems or related discipline preferred.
5-8 years of experience in Power System Analysis and Energy Management Systems, including EMS components like State Estimation, Power Flow, Contingency Analysis, and GMS components like AGC and Unit Commitment.
Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and development in C# or Python; basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
Ability and willingness to travel based on project requirements.
Experienced in handling EMS and GMS product lifecycle from technical specification through implementation and support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
Comfortable interfacing directly with customers and multiple stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
