Develop, configure, and customize Duck Creek Billing modules including invoicing, payments, commissions, refunds, and collections workflows.
Integrate Duck Creek Billing with Policy and Claims systems, external payment gateways, third-party financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Write and maintain C#/.NET code, perform debugging, unit testing, support deployments, and translate business requirements into technical designs for billing schedules, payment plans, and delinquency processes.

Experienced in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain with understanding of billing lifecycle and payment processing.
Skilled in integrating complex insurance systems and developing technical solutions aligned with business billing requirements.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum work environments, continuous integration/deployment tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and cloud-based deployments (Azure).
