Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder field delivery and transportation operations with leadership over supervisors and vendor partners.
Demonstrates operational ownership with capability to ensure service compliance, documentation accuracy, and high customer service standards in customer-site environments.
Skilled in coordinating logistics technology platforms (e.g., CargoWise), conducting root-cause analysis, and driving continuous process improvements in supply chain execution.
