Lead and grow engineering teams of 10+ people, including hiring, performance management, and technical mentoring, while collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and data scientists.
12+ years of work experience in data and/or AI engineering, with recent experience in technical lead or project management roles.
Experience delivering at least two large-scale, multi-workstream data or AI programs in production.
Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams of 10+ members in client-facing or consulting environments.

Strong technical understanding in data engineering fundamentals including batch and streaming pipelines, data modeling, and cloud data warehouses like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure.
Experience with production AI systems including RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, vector search, and knowledge graphs to lead architecture and engineering decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery milestones with strong governance around scope, timelines, quality, and financial metrics in a consulting or client-facing setting.
