Develop and implement Sailpoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including writing rules using Sailpoint APIs in Java/Beanshell.
Manage key IAM functionalities such as roles, policies, certifications, workflows, lifecycle management, email templates, and provisioning within Sailpoint 8.x.
Ensure secure, efficient access management through deployment processes, integration with other tools, and support agile project methodologies.
3-12 years of experience with Sailpoint development.
Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech) degree required.
Sailpoint certification mandatory if having 2-3 years experience; desirable but not mandatory otherwise.
Hands-on experience with Sailpoint 8.x including development using Java/Beanshell and knowledge of roles, policies, certifications, and provisioning.
Experienced Sailpoint developer with strong Java programming skills and familiarity with Sailpoint APIs and advanced IAM concepts.
Comfortable working in agile project environments and knowledgeable in deployment processes and integration techniques.
Capable of managing complex IAM functionalities and maintaining secure access controls in financial services or related risk management domains.
