Working understanding of UK/Irish EIA/consenting regimes (e.g., DCO, Section 36, TCPA) and/or international frameworks (IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles).
Proficiency with socio-economic datasets and quantitative analysis tools (e.g., Census data, ONS/NRS/NISRA/CSO, Excel); familiarity with HM Treasury Green Book principles is desirable.
Experienced in preparing EIA/ESIA socio-economic chapters or business cases for infrastructure, energy, or extractives projects demonstrating robust quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Comfortable working within a global hub/shared service environment collaborating across multiple time zones with diverse regional consultants.
Capable of producing clear, well-structured technical documents tailored to regulators, clients, and community audiences, with strong problem-solving skills applied to policy and baseline evidence interpretation.
