Lead business transformation initiatives by analyzing workflows, designing scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and operational effectiveness in Studio Operations.
Drive end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments involving cross-functional teams (Marketing, Studio Operations, DDIT).
Own business validation and UAT execution, develop change management materials, and establish KPIs to monitor transformation outcomes and governance compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
6+ years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, or marketing operations, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
Strong skills in process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories), UAT planning, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Experienced in pharmaceutical or regulated environments with knowledge of MLR/CAPE content approval workflows and DAM/CMS/MarTech platforms (e.g., Veeva Promomats, AEM, SFMC).
Able to engage multiple stakeholders and partners (Marketing, Product Owners, Digital, Data & IT) to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Skilled at identifying automation/GenAI opportunities and driving change management in fast-paced digital transformation contexts.
