Oversee day-to-day transactional operations within the Transaction Management Exchange Traded Derivatives team, ensuring timely trade confirmation, processing, reconciliations, margin validation, and reporting.
Act as primary contact for internal and external clients, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and handling client queries with appropriate escalation.
Build and maintain strong risk management and control environment while effectively communicating issues and solutions with clients and management.
Degree in finance, business, or equivalent with relevant industry experience.
Understanding of Middle Office operations focused on Exchange Traded Derivatives trade lifecycle including confirmation, processing, and reconciliation.
Proven experience in client communication across multiple levels.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and good English written and spoken skills.
Experienced in managing Exchange Traded Derivatives operations within an investment management or financial services environment.
Capable of handling complex client interactions and resolving issues proactively in a fast-paced transactional setting.
Familiar with organizational change management and leveraging technology solutions such as low-code tools, SQL, and Python is advantageous but not mandatory.
