Lead the design and development of probe and test solutions with multi-site test capability for mixed signal/digital ATE platforms.
Develop ATE software solutions and collaborate closely with Design and other cross-functional teams during all test development phases—silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, and production release.
Drive DFT/BIST definition and development to improve testability and reduce first failure coverage (FFC) in new product development.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in mixed signal or digital test engineering.
Experience with ATE software development and working knowledge of Teradyne Flex and/or 93K ATE systems.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time; ability to work in Bangalore location.
Strong technical background in mixed signal and digital product testing with demonstrated ability to work with offshore production test houses.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Design, Bench Eval, PD) and global teams in complex product development cycles.
Skilled in hardware design/layout of highly parallel multi-site test digital systems and proficient in programming languages such as Perl and C++ for ATE development.
