Comfortable working with cross-functional, international teams in an Agile environment on complex testing and troubleshooting.
Technical competency in system administration (Windows/Linux/UNIX), server virtualization (VMWare, VSphere), databases (SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB), and general networking concepts (Layer 2 & 3 switches, TCP/IP, SNMP).
