Lead end-to-end digital transformation and PMO governance for large metals & mining capital projects, focusing on planning, execution, and benefits realization.
Drive adoption of digital/AI technologies such as 5D BIM, advanced scheduling, drone/LiDAR progress tracking, IoT geo-fencing, digital twins, and GenAI assistants to improve project time, cost, quality, and safety.
Manage stakeholder relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee procurement, risk, quality, and safety management across multi-billion dollar projects.
6–8 years experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO consulting on capex projects.
PMP® certification mandatory.
Educational qualification: M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred in Construction/Project Management; or BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA and strong project/PMO track record.
Hands-on experience with at least 3 of these technologies/tools: Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro), Drone/LiDAR workflows, EVM, IoT/SCADA/TAS integrations, GenAI copilots.
Experienced in program governance, PMO operations, EVM, schedule and cost assurance, and risk management specifically in metals & mining capex projects.
Proven capability in leading digital transformation initiatives involving AI and IoT within large infrastructure projects.
Comfortable managing stakeholders at CXO and plant head levels and working in consulting environments with extensive site travel.
