Support PMO, governance, and reporting activities for live capital projects or transformation programs.
Prepare and maintain trackers, dashboards, governance packs, and meeting materials; consolidate and validate project data for reporting.
Support schedule and milestone tracking using MS Project and/or Primavera P6; build and update reports in Excel and Power BI; track actions, risks, issues, and decisions to closure.
4+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow domain, especially ServiceNow IRM, within a 2-9 years overall experience range.
3-6 years experience preferred in PMO, project controls, reporting, digital implementation, or capital project environments.
Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA degree.
Work Experience Required: 2-9 years overall; at least 4 years in ServiceNow domain.
Strong execution and delivery focus with attention to detail and reliability; comfortable working within defined workstreams under senior guidance.
Experience in capital projects or consulting with good analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on with data, reporting tools, and PMO artifacts; familiarity with digital implementation and multiple data sources.
