Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects and cross-functional workstreams within Global Consulting Services, ensuring alignment with senior leadership priorities.
Own global reporting initiatives including performance, financial, pipeline, and operational metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness by consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Develop leadership presentations, dashboards, and narratives using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support executive decision-making and provide recommendations based on robust data analysis.
Master’s Degree required, such as an MBA.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting firms or corporate strategy.
Location: Hyderabad, with mandatory office presence at least 2 days per week; work hours approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST to accommodate global time zones.
Strong skills in project management, advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and data analytics tools such as Power BI; experience in financial analysis and budget management is required.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional projects and working within a global matrixed organization, handling multiple priorities and stakeholders proactively.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business insights.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, with excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and deliver clear, data-driven narratives aligned to strategic goals.
