Lead the design, implementation, and industrialization of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) factory model across business lines to meet business benefits using Agile RDLC model.
Manage end-to-end RPA deployment lifecycle including project planning, execution, coordination with technical and operations teams, and adherence to timelines.
Develop RPA and process improvement roadmaps, conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders, and drive RPA transformation and operational efficiencies.

Experienced leader in large-scale Lean Digital Transformation projects, especially in RPA implementation across F&A, Banking, and IT domains.
Skilled in VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and process mapping to identify automation opportunities and roadmap creation.
Comfortable working with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders, able to influence and mentor others, with ability to manage dynamic timelines for project delivery.
