Own the end-to-end lifecycle of distribution products for a P&C insurance client, including agent/broker portals, quoting, onboarding, commissions, and self-service channels.
Define and prioritize product backlog and roadmap by collaborating with business, IT, and operations stakeholders across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Coordinate agile delivery across distributed teams and lead planning, execution, tracking of KPIs, and stakeholder communications in a multi-timezone environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Insurance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in technology or data products, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience in scaled, distributed agile environments.
Experience managing cross-geography, multi-stakeholder teams involving onshore client and offshore delivery coordination; must be willing to work US business hours.
Deep hands-on P&C insurance knowledge focused on distribution channels, producer onboarding, and commissions/compensation.
Proven track record in owning product backlogs, authoring detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritizing competing demands effectively.
Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-geography agile environments with strong stakeholder management, communication to senior audiences, and familiarity with core insurance platforms and data/engineering collaboration.
