Lead and manage a large IT team in Bengaluru focused on Enterprise Applications, specifically SAP, including responsibility for budget, people development, and operations.
Drive the technology vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for SAP and other Enterprise Applications, including managing large-scale SAP projects and vendor relationships.

Proven ability to lead large-scale, global SAP implementations, migrations, integrations, and continuous improvement projects within complex and matrixed environments.
Strong strategic orientation with demonstrated success in building and mentoring large high-performing teams, managing multi-million dollar projects, and aligning IT initiatives with business priorities globally.
