Provide end-to-end lifecycle services for Aruba products and customer networks including planning, designing, implementation, migration, and optimization.
Deliver pre and post-sales consulting and design services to HPE-Aruba teams, customers, and partners, including customer requirement analysis and technical reviews.
Conduct quarterly customer review meetings with technical status updates and improvement recommendations; support customer site visits for consulting and training.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing consulting and design experience with Aruba products such as IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, and Aruba switches.
Knowledge of authentication protocols and servers; experience configuring and troubleshooting VoIP protocols like SIP, SVP, H323.
Work Environment: Hybrid (average 2 days/week onsite at HPE office). Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as stated.
Experienced in customer network design and implementation specifically with Aruba solutions and consulting.
Capable of multitasking with independent work capability and comfortable interfacing with senior customer stakeholders.
Strong understanding of network switching, routing, security, wireless concepts, and related protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN etc.) for advanced troubleshooting and process improvement.
