Lead a blended team of internal and outsourced Research Integrity Screening Specialists to assess and resolve manuscript integrity issues from flagging to final recommendation.
Manage day-to-day team operations including workload prioritization, performance monitoring, and adherence to research integrity standards and SOPs.

Comfortable working under pressure with strong judgment for escalating complex or high-risk cases.
