Administer standalone ADA claims including eligibility decisions, documentation management, and accommodation evaluation.
Perform leave administration tasks such as recertification, claim tracking, and return-to-work confirmation while maintaining compliance and timeliness (target TAT up to 5 business days).
Interact with internal teams (claims specialists, QA, supervisors) and external parties (employees, employers, physicians) to resolve claims and meet SLA and quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or diploma with minimum 15 years of education.
3-4 years of customer service experience preferably in insurance or related business environment.
Proficiency in computer navigation, MS Office suite, and keyboarding skills.
Knowledge of US insurance industry, US culture, and insurance principles.
Experience handling ADA or disability claims with strong familiarity in eligibility and accommodation processes.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external clients to manage claims resolution within strict timelines and compliance standards.
Comfortable with detailed data management, documentation, and both scripted/unscripted communication channels (email, calls).
