Lead PMO and governance for large capital projects in metals & mining, focusing on planning, execution, and benefits realization.
Drive adoption of digital and AI technologies (5D BIM, advanced scheduling, drone/LiDAR, IoT, digital twins, GenAI assistants) to improve time, cost, quality, and safety.
Manage multi-disciplinary teams and act as client-facing lead for multi-billion-dollar programs including mine expansions and related infrastructure projects.
6–8 years experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO consulting for capex projects.
PMP® certification mandatory.
Educational background: M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred in Construction/Project Management; alternatively BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with strong project/PMO track record.
Proficiency with at least 3: Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM software (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro), Drone/LiDAR workflows, EVM, IoT/SCADA/TAS integrations, GenAI copilots.
Experienced in program governance and PMO operations within metals and mining capital projects involving digital transformation.
Strong commercial understanding of contracts, claims, LDs, with familiarity with PESO/CEIG and environmental regulatory frameworks.
Capable of stakeholder management at CXO and plant head levels with proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
