Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, SharePoint; preferred knowledge of SQL/Python and AI-assisted research tools.
Work location requirement: Minimum 4 days in-office per week as per BlackRock's hybrid work model.
Experienced in handling ambiguous and conflicting market information with strong primary-source research skills.
Deep understanding of the private markets ecosystem, deal lifecycle, and ownership structures.
Comfortable using AI-enabled research workflows and collaborating across data, product, and engineering teams globally.
