Manage end-to-end turnover of Collaboration & Digital Enablement Technology projects into operational support, including UAT, witness testing, and project sign-offs.
Act as primary contact for stakeholders, vendors, and business users regarding multimedia and collaboration technology projects across APAC.
Prepare technical documentation and oversee multimedia device provisioning, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.
6–10 years of experience in project management, AV technologies, workplace technology, or unified communications.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Experience with enterprise multimedia and collaboration technology projects, coordination of UAT and operational handovers.
Location: Bangalore (Work from Client Location).
Experienced in managing multimedia, collaboration, and workplace technology projects in global or enterprise environments, preferably APAC region.
Strong technical understanding of AV systems, digital signage, IPTV, and collaboration platforms with ability to act as SME.
Proficient in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and technical documentation with exposure to project management tools and methodologies.
