Willingness to travel 20-30% to project field locations; proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; experience managing vendor/ISA partners and government stakeholder coordination.
Experienced leader in state and national-level public health community engagement programs with demonstrated ability to design and implement SBCC strategies.
Capable of managing multi-location teams with accountability for targets and timelines and skillful in stakeholder engagement including government officials and community leaders.
Strategic thinker able to translate community engagement data into actionable program improvements and supervise training and capacity building initiatives effectively.
