Ensure quality, reliability, compliance, and performance of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and related BioPharma applications.
Develop, maintain, and execute functional and automated testing including functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT, with strong defect management and root cause analysis.

5–8+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong functional and regression testing skills.
Experience in test automation using tools like WebDriverIO, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing with Postman or equivalent.
Educational qualification: MCA or Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools, and understanding of CI/CD and release management practices.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Laboratory Systems, LIMS, ELN, or regulated environments with knowledge of validation and compliance standards (GxP, GMP, GLP, CSV).
Proven ability to drive improvements in automation coverage and quality metrics reducing defect leakage to production.
Operates well in Agile cross-functional teams and capable of mentoring junior engineers while managing defect lifecycle and supporting compliance audits.
