3+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and test scripts for user acceptance testing.
Hands-on experience with SQL; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Experience with commercial lending products and knowledge of lending processes such as leveraged finance, asset-backed finance, and commercial loan trading.
Operating experience in complex, risk-compliant banking environments involving testing, validation, and production support.
Demonstrated ability to lead moderately complex projects, develop remediation plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
