Plan and execute various programs, services, and initiatives while monitoring performance indicators for assigned operations or business groups.
Review initiatives related to policy, process changes, technology enhancements to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff and collaborate with mid-level managers or cross-functional partners.
Minimum 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (work experience, training, education, or equivalent).
Ability to work second shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM), including weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of SDLC models (Waterfall & Agile) and testing life cycle; experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
ISTQB certified (Foundation and Agile) and experience with functional, system, acceptance, and automation testing (including Selenium).
3-5 years of experience in Functional, System, and Acceptance Testing with 1+ years in automation testing of web/windows applications and backend systems.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align, ALM, and SQL Developer.
Ability to independently apply policies and procedures in execution roles with some leadership responsibility over junior staff.
