Execute end-to-end procurement activities for security, HVAC/IR, fire detection/suppression, CCTV, access controls, IT networking, and index commodities supporting multiple business verticals.
Manage supplier relationships including qualification, performance monitoring, cost optimization, commercial negotiations, and contract compliance aligned with global procurement policies and ethics.
Collaborate with global commodity teams, engineering, business operations, service, and finance to support project delivery, cost-reduction initiatives, and procurement reporting including spend analysis and risk assessments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
7 to 10 years of relevant procurement/sourcing experience, especially in system integration business environments.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated negotiation capabilities and ability to lead commercial discussions on pricing and contracts.
Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-priority environments managing complex procurement categories across security and building systems.
Capable of driving continuous improvement and aligning procurement activities with global operational excellence and compliance standards.
