Manage multiple projects including UAT and production instances, ensuring timely completion using Agile methodology.
Handle end-to-end implementation and deployment of products/solutions on cloud or private servers, including mobile app and API-based solutions.
Maintain project documentation, manage client escalations during implementation and L2 support, and oversee code/data security, backups, and server/GIT management.
2-3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Educational qualifications: BSc IT, BCA, MSc IT, MCA, or MBA Systems.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools and strong knowledge of MySQL/database.
Location requirement: Must be able to work full-time from office on the Western line (Churchgate to Virar).
Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects with daily/weekly team coordination and client interactions.
Familiar with integration, API concepts, testing, release management, and deploying backend-driven products including mobile applications.
Capable of handling technical aspects such as code and data security, server management, and maintaining issue trackers aligned with service TAT.
