Develop and lead SKU-level demand forecasts and demand planning cycles as part of the S&OP process.
Plan and manage procurement and supply plans for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring timely availability to avoid production disruptions and balancing inventory across multiple locations.
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize inventory, production scheduling, and working capital while monitoring risks related to inventory and forecasting accuracy.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG, Edible Oil, Pulses, or Agri commodities.
Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech (preferred) or MBA in Operations/Supply Chain.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experienced in manufacturing supply chain planning involving raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Skilled in demand forecasting, inventory planning techniques, and S&OP/IBP processes.
Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate across multiple functions and locations in a matrix organization.
