Support and assist FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for global business segments, primarily in the U.S.
Document FP&A processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial deliverables aligned with global corporate and segment accounting close, forecasting, and planning cycles.
2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Degree in Accounting & Finance such as MBA, CMA, or CA.
Proficiency with FP&A tools including Power BI (moderate to expert), OneStream, Peoplesoft, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hybrid work location requirement with minimum two days per week in Pune office.
Experienced in FP&A operations supporting global/matrixed business units, ideally with exposure to the U.S. market.
Process-oriented with ability to document and improve FP&A functional workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Capable of managing multiple deliverables within structured corporate financial timelines and SLA expectations.
