Own and manage end-to-end BAU data operations including data receipt, reminders, query resolution, and MSD ticket tracking and closure.
Act as the primary liaison between Supplier Engagement and Operations teams to ensure compliance, data quality, and timely communication with retailers/vendors.
Analyze, classify, and maintain large data sets; drive productivity initiatives and continuous improvement in data quality and operational stability.
Master's Degree or equivalent in statistics, data analytics, or technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in data operations or analytics.
Proficiency in Python, Unix/Python queries, FoxPro, and handling large data sets with multiple formats including transactional and TLog data.
Experience with SAP transactional data, FTP and MFT setup/maintenance, and strong skills in ETL processes and complex data modeling.
Experience working in retail data environments focused on POS and supply chain data operations.
Ability to manage large-scale data operations with stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and vendors.
Strong technical acumen in data extraction, transformation, and loading combined with operational ownership of BAU processes in a fast-paced setting.
