Own and govern the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process end-to-end, ensuring consistent execution across regions and business units with defined KPIs.
Lead process design, continuous improvement, and harmonization initiatives globally to reduce cycle times and improve user experience within procurement and sourcing functions.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other functions to align on process standards, investments, and change management for transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA.
10+ years of relevant experience in complex, global organizations, preferably in Consumer Health or FMCG sectors.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle including Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier lifecycle, requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payment execution.
Hands-on experience with Ariba and SAP/ERP platforms is mandatory; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is a plus.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant roles.
Experienced in leading end-to-end procurement process transformation and continuous improvement in a global matrix environment.
Capable of strong cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders across multiple geographies and functions to drive alignment and adoption.
Skilled in structuring complex process workflows, problem solving, and using procurement technology/tools for data analysis, process modeling, and automation.
