Support month-end financial reporting, analysis, and account reconciliations for DWS India including Profit and Loss and balance sheet items.
Manage accounts receivable/payable processes ensuring timely settlements and compliance with export and FEMA regulations.
Assist with transfer pricing governance, regulatory submissions, audit support, and act as a subject matter expert on India accounting policies/standards.
1-3 years as a locally qualified Accountant OR 3-7 years as an experienced Commerce graduate.
Knowledge of local Indian GAAP and GST compliance required.
Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is good to have but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 1-7 years in relevant finance/accounting roles.
Experience with regulatory reporting, financial and management accounting in an India entity setting.
Capable of cross-functional communication with multiple finance and audit stakeholders, including external auditors and tax consultants.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to advise on finance processes and implement process improvements, including use of AI tools for productivity enhancements.
