Prepare and manage demo and POC environments including configuration, data setup, and validation for solution engagements.
Execute predefined demo scenarios and support pilot executions ensuring environment readiness, scenario resets, and acceptance criteria are met.
Maintain and update runbooks, documentation, and demo assets while troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex problems appropriately.
3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning within consulting, implementation, or pre-sales roles.
Familiarity with SQL and exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or Python.
Experience supporting enterprise demos, POCs, pilots, or sandbox environments involving environment setup, data preparation, or scenario execution.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Operates with strong documentation discipline and operational rigor for consistent demo and POC execution.
Understands supply chain solution workflows and customer use cases, able to connect scenario activities to expected outcomes.
Capable of independently executing scripted scenarios while recognizing when to escalate for guidance or deviations.
