Own end-to-end management of RFP/RFI and bid responses including planning, coordination, compliance, document control, final review and submission.
Lead and coordinate bid teams and stakeholder engagement via Go/No-Go, Kick-off, and check-in calls, maintaining project timelines and reporting bid metrics.
Collaborate across functions (graphic design, HR, finance, legal, KM) to ensure compliance, brand alignment, content accuracy, and maintenance of bid records and analytics.

Familiarity with technology industry bids and enterprise-level clients is a plus but not mandatory.
