Provide pre and post sales design and consulting services for Aruba-HPE teams, customers, and partners across the entire service lifecycle (Plan, Design, Implementation, Migration, Optimization).
Develop customer requirement documents, high-level and low-level design documents, and implementation plans with ongoing network optimization.
Deliver quarterly customer review meetings with technical status updates and recommendations, and participate in solution development and troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2 to 5+ years of experience supporting Aruba products (including IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, Aruba switches).
2+ years of customer-facing consulting and network design experience in WLAN and related technologies.
Knowledge of authentication protocols, VoIP protocols (SIP, SVP, H323), and demonstrated customer network implementation experience.
Experienced in full lifecycle WLAN network design, implementation, and optimization in enterprise environments with Aruba-HPE solutions.
Capable of managing customer engagements with both technical inputs (design, implementation) and operational optimization (migration validation, continuous improvement).
Comfortable working in hybrid model with onsite customer visits and collaborative teamwork involving various stakeholders including QA, engineers, and field teams.
