Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
Plan and execute routine network changes, resolve network issues and outages, and maintain network performance and security.
Provide user support for network-related issues while communicating effectively with customers, project managers, and service engineers.
Minimum 2+ years of work experience in Networking.
Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing.
Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge required.
Experience with Network security and WAN, and working knowledge of ITIL.
Experience working in multi-vendor network environments and capable of managing network configurations and emergency changes.
Familiarity with advanced network technologies such as BGP, Cisco ACI SDN, firewalls (Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower), F5 load balancers, and NSX is preferred.
Comfortable with automation tools like Ansible and able to work effectively with customers and technical teams to maintain network stability and performance.
