Own the full lifecycle of institutional and government partnerships including identification, MOU execution, negotiation, renewal, and impact tracking.

Operates effectively across multi-stakeholder environments including academia, government, and corporate/PSU sectors with strong negotiation and deal closure skills.
Demonstrates familiarity with government procurement processes, tender tracking, and alignment with national missions like Skill India and NSDC.
