Lead testing and quality engineering efforts for ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) program focusing on IRM (Integrated Risk Management), Compliance Tools, Risk Events, and Risk profile reporting.
Own design, development, and execution of functional and regression tests including test strategy, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements covering all Lines of Defense (LOD).
Provide leadership, mentorship, defect analysis, test reporting, and promote improvements in automation and CI/CD pipeline integration for testing activities.
4+ years hands-on experience in GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing GRC program teams.
4+ years experience in ServiceNow IRM domain with strong knowledge of testing tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow testing module, or Bugzilla.
Educational qualification: Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration.
Experienced in ServiceNow IRM functional testing with strong understanding of agile testing methodologies and test lifecycle management.
Familiar with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipeline integration, including ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Java, and Playwright as beneficial skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor testing teams in a global financial or large enterprise environment with strong domain knowledge in GRC and risk compliance testing.
