Lead a team of software test engineers focused on Cisco Routing and SD-WAN platforms, responsible for quality engineering.
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, performance, scalability, resiliency, and regression testing.
Drive automation initiatives, develop testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, and establish quality metrics and release readiness criteria.
Minimum 12 years of experience in software quality or test engineering including leadership of engineering teams.
Deep knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking protocols and technologies: routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, multicast, VPNs, QoS, security, and high availability.

Experience validating Routing, SD-WAN, enterprise networking, edge platforms, cloud connectivity, or network orchestration solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing, globally distributed quality engineering teams in complex networking environments.
Strong strategic focus on improving engineering efficiency via lab automation, topology orchestration, and continuous quality metrics.
Experience working cross-functionally with development, product, and release teams to drive quality improvements and ensure release readiness in large-scale networking products.
