Provide consultation and support to leadership on complex financial accounting tasks including ledger maintenance, financial statements, and regulatory reports.
Analyze financial data and ensure accuracy through account reconciliations and review of reports from various financial systems.
Support compliance, risk management, and collaborate with stakeholders enterprise-wide, including production support for Oracle EBS applications related to General Ledger (GL) and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, or Risk Reporting.

Experience in Oracle EBS production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SQL queries, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end financial closing activities.
Work hours: 1:30PM IST to 10:30PM IST, Monday to Friday; flexibility required during period-end activities.
Experienced in Oracle EBS GL application support with ability to manage production incidents within SLAs and perform configurations and migrations.
Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions and functional documents for GL implementations and enhancements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills aligned with complex financial environments and compliance requirements.
