Design, develop, and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions across owned distribution centers and 3PL partners, focusing on Manhattan WMS platforms.
Develop and maintain integrations among WMS, SAP AFS/S4HANA, and other systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and handle data formats like XML, JSON, and EDI.
Provide operational reporting and analytics on labor, throughput, and inventory using tools like Manhattan SCI, Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms.
5–8 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems; mandatory experience with Manhattan WMoS and/or Manhattan Active WMS.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for operational data analysis and reporting.
Experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs, MuleSoft (preferred), and working knowledge of data formats XML, JSON, and EDI.
Experienced in supporting distribution operations in large-scale B2B and B2C environments, preferably with exposure to global retail or apparel sectors.
Capabilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and 3PL partners, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with continuous improvement focus, comfortable managing system enhancements and production support.
